There are different ways to keep your mind healthy.
We will be talking about the proven & old technique called as "Meditation & Yoga" which shows that you can live longer if you Practise it consistently.
In recent years there are lot of yoga & meditation types are got introduced depeding upon the different needs in different countries.
Take the example of Yoga for looking good. You will find people are mixing stretching with yoga to give you tiny skin. There is huge Differance between traditional yoga & Modern yoga.
You can join Yoga & Meditation classes for a month & then continue doing practise on your own. Keep in mind while doing yoga breathing is very important.
We will not suggest you do do the Meditation in the group. While you are learning it is ok. Once you learn the meditation then do it on your own then only you will find the power of meditation.
Yoga & mediation can be done at any place for 5 min to 20 hrs depending upon your intrest & time.
